Upon perusing Pinterest as I often do, I stumbled upon several pictures of entryway table decor that I felt were unique and inspiring. Many of these pictures contain foraged branches which I’ve found is an incredibly easy way to make a big statement. Forget a curated bouquet of flowers from a florist. A tree or bush branch from your own yard packs a whimsical, romantic punch. Greenery in the entry is a welcoming addition and if tree branches aren’t your thing, indoor plants can also be used to give the same natural vibe.
I used to be an Ikea addict. Not only do I love Scandinavian style, Ikea reminded me of living in England when I was younger and all the Americans shopped Ikea because most of us were transient and needed to furnish a space affordably and quickly. When I was younger, I also loved that I could get European style furniture quite cheaply. Now days, I’ve changed my ways and while I do still love a trip to Ikea, I try to find furniture that has more character. So, these pictures feature several very unique console tables that make a statement.
I also love that most of these photos have a statement piece whether it be a lamp, bust or even stacks of books or magazines.
The entryway is someone’s first impression of your home yet it’s often forgotten because it typically isn’t a lived in room. I hope these photos inspire you to take a look at your entry and see if it represents you and who lives in your home. Is it a room to quickly pass through or is it a space that tells a story while inviting guests to come on in and stay a while?

I have given credit where I can but unfortunately with Pinterest, many photos aren’t attached to a designer or person. I do my best to dig and search so that I don’t miss a chance to properly label a photo. With many of these I had no luck.
Hope you enjoyed these photos as much as I do!
