My Top 2023 Purchases on Amazon…

It’s that time again-another year, another unGodly amount of Amazon bought. This year I had some great finds but I will say, I thoroughly went through pages of purchases (and returns) and I’ve rounded up everything that is worth sharing. Last year’s list I still stand by so be sure to check that out again-I just looked at it and we are still loving all the items on that list!

  1. This Free People dupe cardigan I’ve mentioned before but this was before I purchased it. It is an incredible sweater and I’ve been wearing it constantly. It’s super warm and great quality. It was packed in a vacuum sealed bag (I hate that) and there were really deep wrinkles. I ended up washing it and hanging it to dry with great success. I highly recommend this cardigan to get you through the rest of winter and early spring!
  2. I was in need of a new grey hoodie and have really enjoyed this one. It’s so cute and a step up from my plain zip up. I feel put together when I wear it. My only complaint is the zipper is a little stubborn if I don’t straighten the zipper first. Other than that, this hoodie is a great staple. I’ve washed and dried it many times and it still looks brand new.
  3. I bought this Taylor Swift tee for my daughter. We’ve gotten in on the Taylor craze so for Christmas I was looking for fan gear. I didn’t have high hopes for this t-shirt but was so pleasantly surprised. It’s really unique and there are several to choose from. It’s great quality too. I bought an XS for my 12 year old and it’s roomy so it’s a regularly sized top. I’ve washed it many times already because she wears it so often-in fact she’s got it on as we speak! Fan gear tends to be pretty expensive and the quality is iffy but this top is cheap and great quality. I would 100% wear it if it were a bigger size!
  4. I’ve wanted a leopard fur coat for several years. I’ve even bought a few and sent them back due to terrible quality. Apparently this coat is in style this season-something about mob wife chic-lol. I wanted it for a vintage 60s vibe-i.e. Mrs. Robinson. This coat is fantastic quality. It runs true to size and is incredibly warm! It’s super soft and I couldn’t’ be happier with the purchase. I’ve noticed the price fluctuates so if you’re interested, you might keep an eye on it for a week or so to see if the price goes lower.
  5. This reading light is incredible. We’ve lost power several times this year and it’s allowed me to comfortably read in total darkness. The light clips on a book easily and such a saving grace in a sucky situation!
  6. I’ve been experimenting with gel nail polish all year. I bought a kit with a UV light at the beginning of the year and while my nails turned out so good-they didn’t last more than 7-9 days. The process of removing the gel was so frustrating and damaging to my nails that I finally gave up on that brand and needed to give my nails a few months to grow healthy again. Once my nails healed, I started doing some research on other at-home gel alternatives. I ran across this set from Essie and decided to try it because of the reviews. Many people stated they got about 8 days out of the color and the application and removal was no different from regular nail polish. Also, it was said the polish looked like gel. I am not at all disappointed and did indeed get 8 days out of this polish and I am really hard on my nails. The removal was easy and no damage was done. I have since bought several other colors that have performed just as well. I do add an extra bottom coat and top coat layer in order to get more of the thickness of a professional gel manicure.
  7. K18 conditioner has been on my radar for a while but I just couldn’t see paying $100 for a bottle. I got my haircut a few months ago and I noticed my hairdresser used it on my hair and had a smaller bottle. She told me there was no need to buy the big bottle because all you need are about 3 pumps for long hair and the pump pumps out maybe a dime sized amount. She suggested I buy the $30 bottle so I did. That bottle has lasted me at least 12 different shampoos and has totally transformed my bleached, dry hair. It’s a miracle in a bottle. I highly recommend it if you have damaged hair and are in need of repair. Read the directions well before use-it’s a leave in conditioner that must be applied to wet hair and left alone for at least 4 minutes after so it can work it’s magic before you style. It’s literally a miracle in a bottle.
  8. This is the cutest vest and I’ve warn it all year around. It’s only $16 and I believe is a dupe from Zara. It’s great quality and looks so cute on.
  9. My neighbor came by one day with these exact pants on only hers had a colorful pattern. She raved at how soft they were even after several washes. Plus, they were only $16. I had to try them and I am not disappointed. They are a great staple and work great for lounging around. I think I could even manage to dress them up if needed!
  10. My youngest daughter has a very small room. It was originally designed as a craft room and has a narrow but deep closet. I decided to look for a dresser I could fit in the closet to save some space and found this dresser. It was small enough and pretty cheap. I am pleasantly surprised at how well it’s worked. I wasn’t sure I wanted to add it to this list but it really is great for space saving. The drawers are cloth and quite shallow but I was able to fit everything in it with space leftover. This type of dresser comes in every shape and size as well. Also, other colors are available. It was also easy to put together.
  11. I’ve had my eye on Gucci loafers for years. I know I’ll probably never splurge on them so I’ve been on the look out for some good quality dupes. I definitely found them in these. These Gucci loafer dupes are not real leather but they look great. The fur is soft and the shoe is very comfortable. They look identical to the real deal. I’m so glad I found these and have worn them everywhere.
  12. These little hoop earrings are the sweetest and come in a huge variety of colors. We have these rainbow stones and ones with purple stones. They are great quality, are very comfortable to wear (and even sleep in) and are very affordable at $13 each. I highly recommend Pavoi for jewelry that looks great, holds up but is extremely affordable.
  13. I love mood rings. The problem is, you can’t find a mood ring that isn’t horrific quality. I have tons of them and they are all uncomfortable to wear and look incredibly cheap until I found this nugget… This silver mood ring looked too good to be true and the fact that it was adjustable was not a good sign. I ordered it anyway and I can’t tell you how much this little ring has delighted me. It is fantastic quality and I’ve had it for over a year. I wear it almost everyday and get so many comments on it. It changes color often and as silly as this sounds-has it’s own personality. It is the most magical mood ring you’ll probably ever come across and it’s affordable as well. It’s a gorgeous unique ring that had to be on this list!
  14. I’ve recently been tracking my steps and bought this tracker for around $30. I am so blown away at all that it does and it’s slim design isn’t so unsightly either. Not only does it track steps, it tracks heart rate, temperature, oxygen levels, blood pressure and sleep. I have an app on my phone that I can compare days or weeks and funny enough, it vibrates when I get a text and I can read it on my watch. This little tracker is a lot of bang for your buck and I recommend it if you’re looking for some motivation to get more steps in but don’t want to buy a Fit Bit.

What were your favorite purchases from Amazon this year? Share them in the comments! I’d love to know!
